At Child Care Learning Academy, our program is designed to provide opportunities for each child to build self-esteem, self-confidence, and positive relationships. Our goal is to offer all children in our care a clean, safe, comfortable, and loving environment where they can play and learn. Our teaching approach is based on the sharing of knowledge between child and adult in a hands-on, child-directed atmosphere. We provide a high-quality early childhood program where children are active learners in both structured and unstructured settings. The staff develops learning experiences and asks questions that encourage children to think and problem-solve. They nurture and develop the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual stages of each child. Children are encouraged at every stage of their development to play, question, think for themselves, and express their feelings. They foster positive relationships with their peers and teachers, learn to problem solve, and explore their surroundings. Through these activities, they develop a lifelong love of learning.
